N\u00e3o estava na&nbsp;<a href=\"http:\/\/www.saap.org.br\/zoneamento\/texto-do-relator-mantem-zoneamentos-de-alto-dos-pinheiros-e-reduz-altura-dos-predios-do-entorno\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" style=\"background-color: transparent;font-weight: bold\">primeira vers\u00e3o do relator do projeto<\/a>&nbsp;na C\u00e2mara. N\u00e3o estava no&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.instagram.com\/p\/C02ub3Ysb1a\/?utm_source=ig_web_copy_link&amp;igsh=MzRlODBiNWFlZA==\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" style=\"background-color: transparent;font-weight: bold\">projeto aprovado em primeira vota\u00e7\u00e3o<\/a>&nbsp;pelos vereadores. Foi s\u00f3 de \u00faltima hora, no dia da vota\u00e7\u00e3o definitiva, que o relator, Rodrigo Goulart, inseriu no texto altera\u00e7\u00f5es que afetam algumas vias de Alto dos Pinheiros. O&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/splegisconsulta.saopaulo.sp.leg.br\/Home\/AbrirDocumento?pID=505840\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" style=\"background-color: transparent;font-weight: bold\">projeto<\/a>, com essas mudan\u00e7as repentinas, foi aprovado por 46 votos a 9 nesta quinta-feira (<a href=\"https:\/\/noticias.uol.com.br\/politica\/ultimas-noticias\/2023\/12\/21\/lei-zoneamento-como-votaram-vereadores.htm\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" style=\"background-color: transparent;font-weight: bold\">veja como votou cada parlamentar<\/a>).<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;margin: 0px 0px 10px\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif\"><span style=\"font-size: 18px\">Agora, a SAAP est\u00e1 entrando em contato com o prefeito e os \u00f3rg\u00e3os das \u00e1reas ligadas ao projeto,&nbsp;<strong>pedindo veto<\/strong>&nbsp;\u00e0s transforma\u00e7\u00f5es que n\u00e3o haviam sido cogitadas nas mais de 30 audi\u00eancias realizadas desde outubro.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\" style=\"text-align: justify;margin: 0px 0px 10px\"><strong><span style=\"font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif\"><span style=\"font-size: 18px\">Mudan\u00e7a de \u00faltima hora na Marginal Pinheiros<\/span><\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;margin: 0px 0px 10px\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif\"><span style=\"font-size: 18px\">S\u00f3 na audi\u00eancia que ocorreu pouco antes da vota\u00e7\u00e3o ficou claro, por exemplo, que um trecho introduzido de modo s\u00fabito afetava uma das bordas do nosso bairro, a Marginal Pinheiros. A presidente da SAAP, Maria Helena Os\u00f3rio Bueno, discursou na C\u00e2mara contra essa modifica\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;margin: 0px 0px 10px\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif\"><span style=\"font-size: 18px\">No novo texto, os terrenos da av. Ruth Cardoso n\u00e3o s\u00e3o mais considerados zona corredor, mas zonas de centralidade. Com isso, ficam permitidos pr\u00e9dios de at\u00e9 60 metros (20 andares), prejudicando n\u00e3o s\u00f3 o tr\u00e2nsito da regi\u00e3o, mas tamb\u00e9m os lotes que ficam pr\u00f3ximos dessas \u00e1reas.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\" style=\"text-align: justify;margin: 0px 0px 10px\"><strong style=\"font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif\"><span style=\"font-size: 18px;line-height: 1.5\">Mudan\u00e7a de \u00faltima hora nas principais avenidas do bairro<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;margin: 0px 0px 10px\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif\"><span style=\"font-size: 18px;line-height: 1.5\">A lei atual permite usos comercial em algumas avenidas importantes dos bairros residenciais. S\u00e3o as chamadas zonas corredores (ZCor) \u2013 em Alto dos Pinheiros, as avenidas Fonseca Rodrigues, Pedroso de Moraes, S\u00e3o Gualter, Frederico Herman Jr e Di\u00f3genes Ribeiro de Lima, rua Macunis, pra\u00e7a Pan-americana, pra\u00e7a S\u00e3o Marcos e rua Alvil\u00e2ndia.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;margin: 0px 0px 10px\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif\"><span style=\"font-size: 18px;line-height: 1.5\">No nosso bairro, mesmo esses trechos est\u00e3o sujeitos \u00e0s regras de constru\u00e7\u00e3o da Cia. City sobre, por exemplo, recuos, taxa de ocupa\u00e7\u00e3o, altura dos im\u00f3veis\u2026 O projeto aprovado pelos vereadores n\u00e3o menciona as ZCors no artigo que fala de restri\u00e7\u00f5es contratuais.
