transparent;font-weight: bold\">lei de zoneamento<\/a>&nbsp;\u00ad\u00ad\u00ad\u2014 aquela que estipula em que ruas pode ou n\u00e3o haver lojas e pr\u00e9dios, por exemplo. Em setembro foi lan\u00e7ada a&nbsp;<a href=\"http:\/\/www.saap.org.br\/bairros-residenciais\/zoneamento-proposta-da-prefeitura-mantem-intactas-as-zonas-residenciais\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" style=\"background-color: transparent;font-weight: bold\">proposta de revis\u00e3o da Prefeitura<\/a>. Nesta semana, o relator do projeto na C\u00e2mara, vereador Rodrigo Goulart, apresentou um&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.saopaulo.sp.leg.br\/blog\/revisao-do-zoneamento-relator-apresenta-texto-substitutivo-em-audiencia-publica-na-camara\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" style=\"background-color: transparent;font-weight: bold\">texto substitutivo<\/a>, que ser\u00e1 analisado pelos seus colegas e pela sociedade civil em uma s\u00e9rie de audi\u00eancias p\u00fablicas.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;margin: 0px 0px 10px\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif\"><span style=\"font-size: 18px;line-height: 1.5\">Para Alto dos Pinheiros, por enquanto, temos not\u00edcias muito boas.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<ul style=\"margin-top: 0px;margin-bottom: 10px;text-align: start\">\n<li style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif\"><span style=\"font-size: 18px;line-height: 1.5\"><strong>Nosso bairro se mant\u00e9m predominantemente residencial<\/strong>: O texto em debate na C\u00e2mara Municipal seguiu a proposta da Prefeitura e estabeleceu que as \u201cZonas Exclusivamente Residenciais (ZER) n\u00e3o ser\u00e3o revistas\u201d. O&nbsp;<a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/www.saopaulo.sp.leg.br\/zoneamento2023\/wp-content\/themes\/zoneamento2023\/library\/mapas\/mapa1_zona_oeste_1_substitutivo.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" style=\"background-color: transparent;font-weight: bold\">mapa da Zona Oeste<\/a>&nbsp;anexado \u00e0 proposta confirma que grande parte da nossa regi\u00e3o permanece como zona exclusivamente residencial, com exce\u00e7\u00e3o de algumas avenidas.<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul style=\"margin-top: 0px;margin-bottom: 10px;text-align: start\">\n<li style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif\"><span style=\"font-size: 18px;line-height: 1.5\"><strong>\u00c1reas de com\u00e9rcio e servi\u00e7os continuam limitadas:<\/strong>&nbsp;S\u00e3o aquelas em algumas avenidas e vias classificadas como zonas corredores: Fonseca Rodrigues, Pedroso de Moraes, S\u00e3o Gualter, Di\u00f3genes Ribeiro de Lima, rua Macunis, pra\u00e7a Pan-americana, pra\u00e7a S\u00e3o Marcos, Marginal&nbsp; (entre av. Frederico Herman Jr e av. Arruda Botelho), Frederico Herman Jr e rua Alvil\u00e2ndia.<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul style=\"margin-top: 0px;margin-bottom: 10px;text-align: start\">\n<li style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif\"><span style=\"font-size: 18px;line-height: 1.5\"><strong style=\"color: initial\">Bairros no entorno devem ter ocupa\u00e7\u00e3o menos intensa<\/strong><span style=\"color: initial;line-height: 1.5\">: Esta foi uma mudan\u00e7a introduzida pelo texto do relator do projeto na C\u00e2mara, ap\u00f3s mobiliza\u00e7\u00e3o dos moradores. Na proposta atual, em trechos da Vila Madalena a altura m\u00e1xima dos pr\u00e9dios seria de aproximadamente 8 andares.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;margin: 0px 0px 10px\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif\"><span style=\"font-size: 18px;line-height: 1.5\">O texto atual \u00e9 fruto de 25 audi\u00eancias p\u00fablicas e de negocia\u00e7\u00f5es entre os legisladores. A SAAP esteve presente nas audi\u00eancias e debateu o projeto com os vereadores Paulo Frange, Rodrigo Goulart e Cris Monteiro.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;margin: 0px 0px 10px\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif\"><span style=\"font-size: 18px;line-height: 1.5\">O projeto de lei ainda pode ser alterado ap\u00f3s uma s\u00e9rie de audi\u00eancias previstas para a primeira e a segunda semana de dezembro.
